High School Artists Make an Impact

In order to align with new national standards in art, I added "Artists Help Their Communities" as a unit for some of my high school art courses. Many of my students have risen to the challenge, and are making an impact intheir community. Two projects that they have done so far are: #patriotrocks (a form of hope rocks that we heard about from Port Angeles, WA). Another group created tape murals to encourage fellow students at school.
